I stayed at Minimal House for 3 nights as an independent traveler on a budget. The property was accurate and well-maintained, with a friendly and helpful staff. It had a great location, close to Bangla, markets, and the beach, yet still quiet at night. The room was basic but clean, with a comfortable bed, good pillows, and a real duvet. The air conditioner was new and effective, and the water pressure in the shower was amazing. They also cleaned the room daily and allowed us to store our bags after checkout. an excellent choice for the price.

The hotel room was very clean and had all the amenities I needed for my business trip. The staff were friendly and made sure I had everything I needed during my stay. The location of the hotel was perfect, with both the beach and the entertainment district just a short walk away. It was so convenient to be able to easily access both work and leisure activities.

That there were no windows in my room, which made it feel a bit claustrophobic. Additionally, the bed was quite uncomfortable and gave me a lot of back pain.

The location of the hotel is superb, as it is situated on a quiet street very close to the bustling center of Patong. It is just a few minutes' walk to the famous walking street, where all the action happens. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with AC and a hot shower. the staff is extremely helpful and the value for money is great.

One downside is that there are stairs in the hotel, which may be an inconvenience for those with physical handicaps.

Minimal House exceeded my expectations in every way. the price was excellent for the location and the amenities provided. the room was clean and modern, with a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. I particularly loved the heavenly water pressure in the shower. Despite being just a short walk from Balang road, the hotel was surprisingly quiet at night. I had initially planned to stay for just 2 nights, but ended up extending my stay three times because I was so impressed with everything Minimal House had to offer. Cons: Everything was spot on! 👌.

Close to everything, including the noisy Bangla Road. The property offers various recreational opportunities. But don't worry, the blackout drapes will help you get some sleep.

Just loved the lovely aroma of cigarettes wafting through my guestroom. So refreshing!
